Terms of Use

VanJudge is an entertainment platform where the public submits photos and information about vans, and content is curated into three sections — Court (humour), Royalty (showcase) and EV Truth (real-world range reports). The service is operated from the United Kingdom.

You must be 16 or older to submit content. By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement.

• Photos of vans you took yourself, or that you have explicit permission to publish.
• Honest descriptions and, for EV submissions, real-world range data you have personally observed.

• Number plates / registration marks must be obscured before you upload. Our submission tool will help you redact them; submissions with readable plates may be rejected or removed.
• Faces of identifiable people without their consent.
• Photos taken on private property without permission.
• Defamatory, harassing, hateful, or unlawful content.
• Photos you don't own the copyright to.
• Personal data of others (names, addresses, phone numbers).

By submitting content you grant VanJudge a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, adapt (e.g. add captions/redactions), and promote your submission across our website and social channels (TikTok, Instagram, etc.). You retain ownership.

We review every submission. We may approve, reject, edit (e.g. blur plates we spot), or remove content at our discretion, including after publication.

EV range scores, verdicts, and commentary are opinion and entertainment. They are not vehicle inspection reports, financial advice, or a buying recommendation. Always do your own due diligence before purchasing a vehicle.

To the extent permitted by law, VanJudge is provided "as is" with no warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

If your van, image, or personal data appears on the site and you'd like it removed, email legal@vanjudge.app with a link to the post. We aim to respond within 7 days.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
